Are you a busy founder looking to make your community thrive? You've come to the right person for the job. I'm Lorry (this is my first content here), and I specialize in helping entrepreneurs like you build profitable communities. Most communities fail because 1 - Participant's expectations are not met 2 - Lack of interaction and community support 3 - Poor management and follow-ups 4 - Zero strategy If you have the same problems above, your community might be at risk. And that's what I aim to help you achieve - a profitable and sustainable community! How? 1 - Pre-event surveys to understand needs. Clear communication of objectives. Post-event feedback for improvement. 2 - Create dedicated online spaces. Encourage participation with engaging content. Recognize and reward active members. 3 - Define clear roles for moderators. Use structured communication channels. Schedule regular check-ins. 4 - Set clear goals aligned with business objectives. Conduct SWOT analysis. Develop and adapt community strategy based on feedback. If you're the founder that I'm looking for, send me a DM. Let's talk. (Book a Strategy Call in my featured section)

For me, founder communities have always been one of the main drivers of personal growth. I’ve seen very few successful and growing communities, and many more zombie ones that didn’t go anywhere - and it was often clear early on. So far, I think I’ve developed a pretty good filter for what makes a good community and, conversely, when it’s not worth spending time on. Key attributes of a successful community (for me personally): - Very clear Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). My favorite community for a few years now is PEF Community. Even though everyone there is so different - you simply cannot meet two people with the same profile - all of us are united by one very simple rule: every member must have exited at least one business in the past. This is a very clear ICP, and without it, any community or company is doomed. - No service providers among members. This is a hard no for me. It should be a safe place without any transactional intent. - A high acceptance bar that doesn’t lower over time. Most communities start with a high bar but then lower it to appeal to broader audiences and thus grow faster. Over time, this erodes the ICP, and inevitably, core members begin to leave with the others to follow. - We must have fun! There should be cool offline events, trips, and adventures because they’re the fastest way to find like-minded people and build relationships. However, if it’s only about fun, then it’s not worth it either. A strong foundation built on the core values and needs of the ICP must come first. - Commercial or non-commercial community - either can work, I’ve seen great examples on both sides. What really matters is committed leadership with a long-term vision and very strong principles. Simon, Barak, Shlomo, Daniel, Jeff (see I didn’t forget about you😉) and the other 2000+ members - you’ve built an absolutely genuine and fantastic community. Let’s preserve this gem, and I’m happy to help take it to the next level! Below is the photo from the latest event in NYC - I promise I didn’t pay for my front row seat😁

Online communities have become an increasingly popular business model in recent years and with good reason. There’s a lot to like about communities, including excellent income potential, recurring revenue, and lots of options to grow and promote the business. In this interview, Todd Kunsman shares why he and a silent partner decided to acquire an existing community, as well as their plans to create value for members, grow the community, encourage genuine engagement, and, of course, make money. If you have any interest in starting or running an online community, this is an insightful guide you won’t want to miss. https://lnkd.in/efbvDtJq

5 tips for anyone to start with community building: 1️⃣ Just Start: ↳ Don't wait for the perfect moment or circumstances to begin. Start building and creating your community today. 2️⃣ First 50 Members: ↳ Find the first 50 people who believe in your community. They will be your core supporters as you grow and expand. 3️⃣ Consistent Growth: ↳ Keep building, keep growing. The more value you provide, the more people will want to join and contribute to your community. 4️⃣ Active Contribution: ↳ Encourage active contribution and doing, not just passive consumption of content. This creates a dynamic, engaged community. 5️⃣ Value: ↳ Always aim to provide value to your community members. This keeps them engaged and attracts new members. --- Over two years ago, I immersed myself in the Web3 space, primarily through community building. I founded Web3 Doers, a community for entrepreneurs who do more than just talk about their ideas – they actively build and innovate. Our community has grown from scratch into a robust network of 1,600 members across 100 countries. The growth has been organic, fueled by a shared passion for creating in the Web3 space. A key turning point was the establishment of a PRO community, where we already have 3 successful cohorts. The experience has had a profound impact on my life, both personally and professionally. It has led to meeting some incredible individuals, gaining recognition on LinkedIn, and presenting at various conferences. Building Web3Doers has been a rewarding journey. The experience has taught me valuable lessons about community building in the Web3 space, which I hope will inspire and guide others. What has been your experience in community building? Do you have any lessons to share? #Web3 #CommunityBuilding

“𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆” 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱. But now we'll break down ‘how you can create a profitable community’. Let me say this before we continue: “If your community isn't winning, you aren't winning”. To me, Community isn't a group of people. It's a feeling (deep right?) It's the feeling that people like and trust you Here’s how you can replicate what I did ➙ Be intentional about who you’re serving ➙ Give them everything they need to win big. ➙ Show yourself as the guide in their hero’s journey. Once you can get clear on those 3, the rest is history. Building a community has helped me get opportunities & networks globally with friends. (Soon I’ll be drinking beer in Vietnam with my man, hahaha) You should start building a community today, if you want to scale your business. PS: Are you building a community in 2024? PPS: have you gotten my simple step by step 0 - $2K high-ticket funnel? (check the comments section)

Have you faced these problems in your community... 🔵 People don't show up to events 🔵 Members tend to leave the community unexpectedly 🔵 Your posts don't lead to any discussions and you are mostly creating the content Do you feel afraid that your community value is decreasing and you are really focusing on the number of member? If yes, then know this: you are not alone. Many community builders, solopreneurs or entrepreneurs struggle with these issues in their communities. And what I'm noticing is that most of them focus on finding the right engagement tactics, or event tips, or mistakes in the customer journey. Which is perfectly fine. But sometimes the issue doesn't lay in these sides of the community. Sometimes it's deeply rooted in your foundation, which is connected to who the right members for the community are. The topic of finding the people most suitable for your online community is endless, but I'm sure that there is always something new to think about and to take into consideration. That's why I invite you to join my next free workshop happening on May 16 at 6:30 PM CEST. We will explore together what the steps for finding your valuable community members are and where you can find a room for expansion. Link is in the comments! ⬇️
