Dubai’s hospitality sector is poised for significant growth over the next few years. By the end of 2024, 34 new hotel openings are expected, contributing to a cumulative total of 739 hotels.
In 2025, this number will rise to 757, with a projected 772 by 2026. The luxury segment, in particular, will see notable additions, including the Ciel Dubai Marina with 1,209 keys, Viceroy Dubai Business Bay with 433 keys, and Port De La Mer Hotel with 400 keys.
The total number of rooms is expected to reach 156,214 by the end of 2024, with further growth leading to 164,609 rooms by 2027. This consistent growth trajectory highlights the city’s increasing capacity to meet rising tourism demand and maintain its position as a leading global destination.
