Small Actions, Big Impact. 💡🌍 It’s easy to think that small efforts don’t matter in the grand scheme of things, but my experience with Humanity Calling has shown me just how powerful they can be. We started as a group of volunteers, each contributing what we could time, skills, resources whatever was possible. Piece by piece, we have built projects that have touched thousands of lives. 💧🍽️ What I have realised is that it’s the combination of small, consistent actions from many that creates real change. Every pound raised, every hour volunteered, every idea shared—it all counts. 💷⏳💡 Whether in charity or business, the same lesson applies. Last week, the staff team got together to discuss future service options. It was inspiring to see everyone’s enthusiasm and commitment to our shared vision of supporting unpaid carers in West Cumbria.   We discussed recent changes to the organisation, project updates and service deliverables. Tuesday Takeaways. Today is #PurpleTuesday, the day when many of us try to raise awareness of disabilities and lived experiences with them, when we try to think of what can be done and possibly the day when we take small action. I was inspired by Sam Dunn 's post to take a small action to nominate Pathfinders Camp (Woodlarks) Registered Charity 1171466 for a chance to win £1000. A few months after volunteering with Pathfinder Camp, I still think of my experience often and planning my participation next summer. I know that £1000 will go a long way at the camp either by organising a fun activity or by ensuring lovely treats are there. Today I am reminded that we all can take a small action to support people around us.
