Good Day Sir! I writing to you because my bank account has been locked for a while now and as it is my main bank account i really need to access it. I have been trying to reach your support but have failed in doing so either by email or phone. Last time this has happened it took over a week to be able to contact anyone from Monese and after looking a bit online i understand that people being blocked out of account for months on end is a reoccuring problem. I belive that fixing this issue would be a great improvment for all the users.

1moOn trust pilot it looks like 17% of people are deeply unhappy about your service looking thro the reviews it seems that most of people have the same issue with the app, the lack of support. It also seems to be a very old problem spaning for years. Families stranded abroad with no way to use whats right fuly theirs. People left with money locked away from them for months on end And all of that because of the lack of support ? Hope you realise and care about how this lack of support affects people lives....
