Las tendencias de innovación para los snacks debe estar enfocada a productos “sugar free”, “gluten free” y funcionales; pero que al mismo tiempo sean ricos de sabor y de texturas agradables. Este es el gran reto de la industria de snacks según mi entendimiento de las nuevas tendencias de consumo. The innovation trends for snacks should focus on "sugar-free," "gluten-free," and functional products; while at the same time being rich in flavor and with pleasant textures. This is the great challenge for the snack industry, according to my understanding of the new consumption trends.
