Arhum I. is looking for a talented professional for the role of "Technical Project Manager" for ConnectHear.
Location: Karachi.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of project planning and leading cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of various tech initiatives. Your work will directly support the mission to make communication more accessible and inclusive for everyone!
What to expect:
- You’ll steer projects from kickoff to launch, making sure timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track.
- With multiple moving parts, documenting every step will be expected for clarity and continuity.
- It’s all about making the day-to-day run like a well-oiled machine. You’ll coordinate resources and tackle hiccups before they become headaches.
- Setting up processes and workflows so the team can work faster and more efficiently is key here.
- You’ll be the go-to person for updates, feedback, and cross-team coordination, keeping everyone aligned.
- You’ll look ahead to spot potential issues, planning for them so they don’t derail the project.
- Regular check-ins with product, design, development, and marketing will keep the big picture in focus and everything running smoothly.
What NOT to expect:
- This role is heavily team-focused. If you’re not into constant cross-department collaboration, this might not be your style.
- This isn’t a coding role. While this role requires deep technical knowledge, if being in the code daily excites you, you may not find the depth you’re looking for.
