Exciting news to share! 🎉 I am thrilled to announce that I have been promoted to the role of Managing Director at Marsh! 🚀 A few years ago, I embarked on an incredible journey to refresh my career. Luckily, I had the amazing opportunity to stay within the MMC Family (24 years and counting!) and transitioned from Mercer to our sister-company, Marsh. There are times in your career, you can look back and say – that was a steep growth curve. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the support of fantastic mentors and bosses along the way, boosting my confidence, building my skill, and helping mold me into the leader I am today. When I interviewed for my role at Marsh, I didn't have prior Commercial Insurance experience. However, the conversation focused on the unique "DNA" I could bring to the team and the promise to build subject matter expertise. And let me tell you, those first 6 months were a whirlwind of learning and growth. In the following 6 months, I was even more stretched as I took on an international role, diving into the world of commercial insurance across the globe. And in my second year, I was given the opportunity to lead some of our most complex offerings within Affinity – our Franchise clients. Looking back, I can proudly say that it was a truly challenging growth hill to climb. 📈 Now, as I enter my third year, I can confidently say that this journey has been an incredibly fun and wild ride so far! 🎢 The personal growth I've experienced, the growth of our business, and the growth of my amazing team are all things that I am truly grateful for. I am inspired to see the impact of Lloyd’s Inclusive Futures programme, launched in November 2023.
