2024 marks significant progress for Founders Forum Group. We listened to Oxonian Ventures this week, who have achieved an impressive 50% female founder-led companies in their portfolio. 🚀 This feat is remarkable, especially considering that only 5.2% of Europe's VC rounds involve startups founded solely by women, and just 20.2% include at least one female co-founder (according to PitchBook's European VC female founders dashboard). Katy Tuncer has shared some insights into what's enabling this success.
