I had heard in life that some incidents or situation change your life or attitude towards life forever but I never imagined I will have the same experience and my life and attitude towards life will change so much in the last 1 year. Over the past year, I’ve learned one of the greatest truths: "Give your best, stay true to your work, but be prepared for anything in life. Nothing is permanent—neither your wins nor your losses." With that mindset, and without any grand future plan, I decided to take a leap of faith and dive into the world of working independently as a Hiring Partner with companies in a contry where I dont speak the native language fluently and without any large connections/network except my previous collegues and team members who have become friends now. I went ahead and registered my own Talent Company and, though the start has been slow and uncertain, I remain grateful for every single call, every single connection, every single role I close, every small win and every single failure too that I made in the last 3 months. It’s been a journey full of ups and downs, but one thing I’ve learned is that we have to keep getting up, even after falling 1,000 times. I may not know what tomorrow holds, but I’m proud of where I’ve come so far—and excited for what’s ahead and I know its also blessings of my Mother watching me over from somewhere up and ofcourse my rest of family and few friends who are with me through thick and thin. 📈 Milestones so far: 2 Successful Signed Clients : DanCenter A/S , Neurons Position that I have closed : 8 Customer Advisors role 4 Account Managers / Relationship Managers 1 Business Development Manager 1 Partnership Manager Currently working on: 1 Senior Full Stack Engineer 2 Business Development Managers 2 Regional Coordinators If anyone is feeling low or is going through a tough phase, hang in there and keep going, life cannot keep putting you down forever. By any chance, if you are reading this and you are full stack engineer may be now is your chance to change your work situations and an opportunity for you to shine by applying to the below role at Neurons. https://lnkd.in/g5H-VARt Senior Fullstack Engineer - Neurons Inc #Entrepreneurship #Hiring #LifeLessons #Gratitude #TechCareers #AI #SeniorFullStackEngineer #NeuronsInc #Innovation

🚨 Forget about software engineering and find something better to do with your life. 🚨 Wait... Is Software Engineering a Dying Field? 🤔 With headlines about tech layoffs and the rise of AI like ChatGPT and Devin, it’s easy to think coding might be becoming obsolete. But let’s clear the air—software development is far from dead. 💻 While AI is an impressive tool, it’s still just that—a tool. Skilled developers are still needed to build, maintain, and innovate. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, software development jobs are expected to grow by 26% over the next decade. 📈 The future of coding lies in adapting to new technologies, solving complex challenges, and expanding into fields like finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. As the world continues to embrace a digital-first approach, the demand for software developers will only increase. So, to all developers: Keep learning, keep evolving, and know that your skills are more valuable than ever. 🔥 #SoftwareEngineering #AI #TechTrends #CodingCareers #Innovation #FutureOfWork #FrontendEngineer

Devin, AI, and Layoffs!! I am not very experienced in this field, but I am a base-level coder and working on some projects too. In my opinion, the surge of artificial intelligence can never replace human intellect. Since the launch of #devin, it has created a fearful vibe amongst newcomers, which is not good because the clear picture is something else. The advancements in AI have favored the environment by adding speed to basic low-level works. According to my opinion, it is not that the scope of software engineers is collapsing, but it is more likely that the whole system is upgrading, so the conventional requirement of skills is changing. However, the requirement of new-age skills empowered with AI is still needed, and the future awaits such opportunities. The field of software engineering now demands quality over quantity, but it can never pull something out of the box because it still runs on commands. Let's take an example: during my first year, GPT didn't exist, and my writing was good and embracing. But after GPT, I thought my writing was getting better because it was being checked by a man-made algorithm. However, the depiction was degraded gradually. So, concluding my lines, yes, there might be a change of path, but the requirement of human intellect can never be replaced by any AI. Continue your learning, just don't stop upskilling yourself

💥 A recent market report by Katherine Bindley of the WSJ captured the strange state of the tech job market: a simultaneous boom and bust. ❓ The booming field of AI is creating thousands of jobs, yet widespread layoffs and struggling startups persist. This sparked interesting conversations with hiring partners and candidates: is AI replacing tech jobs, or creating them? My take? It's a mixed bag. 👉 On one hand, AI tools like Github Copilot might allow founders to achieve the same coding and product development with fewer engineers. While this increases efficiency, it's worth considering potential downsides like code quality or reduced developer ownership. 👉 Reversely, AI creates a whole new category of jobs. Skilled engineers are needed to design, train, and perfect this technology. The challenge? Finding truly experienced and qualified candidates for this crucial work. 📈 As with any innovation, AI's adoption will have both positive and negative impacts. It will likely continue to offer abundant opportunities for top talent, but also presents a chance for everyone to upskill and embrace new specialties in the coming years. 💭 Would love to hear others thoughts on this, and your personal experiences in the job market as either a candidate or Hiring Manager in the comments. #AIImpact #StartupJobs #EngineeringJobs #AIAdoption #TechStartups

Ever wondered how the demand for different engineering roles is shifting? Well, it’s a tale of two worlds—one of skyrocketing demand and another of stark decline. Here’s what’s hot… Between November 2022 and February 2023, job openings for AI scientists surged by 80%, while machine learning engineers saw a 70% jump. 📈 It’s clear—if you’re in AI, companies want you. And badly. And here’s what’s not… Mobile engineers, frontend engineers, and data engineers all saw job openings drop by over 20% from a year ago. It’s like they’ve become the industry’s unwanted ugly ducklings. 😬 But here’s where it gets interesting—it’s not just about tech layoffs. The decline isn’t uniform, hinting that something more is at play, possibly the AI effect. Take backend engineers, for example. Their job openings only dropped by 14%, compared to the 24% decline for frontend engineers. Why? Because companies need robust, scalable backends to deploy machine learning models like LLMs. In contrast, whether you’re using Angular or React doesn’t really impact AI performance, so frontend skills are less crucial in this AI-driven world. And what about data scientists? Their demand has been more resilient, which makes sense—they play a critical role in data prep, cleaning, and analysis, all of which feed into AI efforts. But even they aren’t as hot as ML engineers, likely because they’re more focused on traditional models rather than deep learning or LLMs. If you’re an engineer, now might be the time to consider how AI could impact your career path. Whether you’re in the hot seat or the cold zone, staying adaptable with AI will be key. What’s your take on these trends? Let’s discuss! 💡

AI is going to take your job. Do this to be prepared. Most engineers are making a fatal mistake: - Ignoring the warnings - Hoping it won't affect them - Watching from the sidelines - Staying in denial The signs are everywhere: - AI writes entire codebases - AI replaces junior devs - Massive layoffs in Tech Look around. Companies that needed 50 engineers? Now need 5. AI isn't coming. It's already here. But here's the thing: While some engineers panic... Others are thriving. The difference? They became builders. - Creating AI-powered products - Selling specialized expertise - Building micro-SaaS businesses - Monetizing their knowledge AI can write code. But you still have the edge to: - Spot market opportunities - Build innovative solutions - Create unique products - Connect with customers This is your wake-up call. Start building your own future. FullStackEngineering.io is where engineers become entrepreneurs. - Launch your products - Sell your expertise - Build real wealth - Own your destiny The layoffs aren't stopping. The AI revolution isn't slowing. But your future? That's still in your hands. Your safety net isn't your job anymore. It's what you build for yourself.

I didn't realize I have an impressive background in full stack development! I mean, technically I was a full stack engineer for 7 years, about 15 years back! But I can guarantee i won't be a good founding engineer! I get a lot of similar messages here on LinkedIn. I understand that search results might pull my profile in, but I hope these are not just automations. AI can do great things, But Human intervention and checks are still needed Don't waste your resources! #ai #automations #recruiting #linkedin #hiring P.S. Engineers, this might a great fit especially if you need a private room to stay onsite!
