What a whirlwind these past few weeks have been! Thanksgiving looked a little different for me this year as I battled pneumonia, but thankfully I’m on the mend and ready to hit the ground running or maybe I should say walking in steel-toed boots! I’m grateful every day for a job that I truly love, one that allows me to build meaningful relationships and create business opportunities that drive growth and innovation. Business development is so much more than polished presentations and networking events. It’s about connecting strategic vision with hands-on execution the heartbeat that brings clients, partners, and teams together to achieve success. In the world of construction, flexibility is key. Business development means embracing both sides of the industry: the polished shoes for industry expos and the steel-toed boots for on-site visits.
