What a whirlwind these past few weeks have been! Thanksgiving looked a little different for me this year as I battled pneumonia, but thankfully I’m on the mend and ready to hit the ground running or maybe I should say walking in steel-toed boots! I’m grateful every day for a job that I truly love, one that allows me to build meaningful relationships and create business opportunities that drive growth and innovation. Business development is so much more than polished presentations and networking events. It’s about connecting strategic vision with hands-on execution the heartbeat that brings clients, partners, and teams together to achieve success. In the world of construction, flexibility is key. Business development means embracing both sides of the industry: the polished shoes for industry expos and the steel-toed boots for on-site visits. No matter where I am, my goal is the same: to build genuine connections that add value for our clients and strengthen our team’s foundation. Today, I’m proud to represent Warfel Construction, where our “Clients for Life” philosophy drives everything we do. Our commitment to excellence inspires me to keep bridging gaps, fostering partnerships, and creating opportunities that make an impact. 👷♀️ Here’s to embracing every step of the journey whether in heels or work boots and continuing to make a difference in this dynamic industry. I’m looking forward to connecting with industry partners and forging new relationships that move us all forward. #BusinessDevelopment #Construction #ClientConnections #Warfel #ClientsForLife #BuildingRelationships

Thinking about how many immensely talented athletes never achieve what they’re capable of because they just went through the motions. You also see this at work- Immensely talented people, who are just coasting Doing just enough to get by- For what it’s worth- even if it is easy for you to do the same, it is never worth it in my opinion! Life is too short to just coast through. Put yourself out there Give your best in what you do to help and serve others Go big, take the risk, and never make apologies for helping people or teams try to get better People get stuck in their ruts and sometimes need help to push through 🚜 video below is getting ready for sandcastle building contest! Great reminder to go above and beyond the usual. It’s a powerful reminder that when we take on anything that matters, we shouldn't just coast or go through the motions. Instead, we should aim to go big, make an impact, and give it our all. Like if you agree, or feel free to share it some coasters that may need to see😀 #gobig #happyselling
