Key management includes Utpal Sheth as Vice Chairman, who is also CEO of RARE Enterprises, a company associated with Rakesh Jhunjhunwala. Ramesh Damani serves as the Chairman and Independent Director. Jhunjhunwala was Aptech’s Chairman until April 29, 2021, and held shares in the company. From March 14 to September 7, 2016, key individuals, including Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and Rekha Jhunjhunwala, possessed Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI). During this period, they traded Aptech stock. On September 7, 2016, Aptech announced its entry into the preschool segment.
