Why should your residence become certified? We can think of a handful of reasons, but if we had to nail it down to three: 1️⃣ With a SCARR certification you gain free access to one-step software 2️⃣ As a SCARR-residence you receive free access to the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) training portal, allowing your staff to stay up to date on best practices for your residence 3️⃣ A SCARR certification is widely recognized as the gold standard for recovery practices in the field giving your residence credibility among clients and their families #recoveryresidence #recovery #soberliving #recovertogether

Three key notes from my desk as we enter May – read more ⬇ The journey continues at Velonetic as we move from the build phase to testing and training, and progress to a safe cutover on the target date of October 2024. In this #weekinreview I want to highlight three areas where we are working together with market participants, including our customers, vendors, and market associations. 1️⃣ Testing – we are making sound progress ◾ Vanguard. We have commenced controlled testing with some of the Vanguard participants, taking a broker IMR (A&S) original premium submission through from work package creation, completion of Velonetic BPS premium role, creation of signing number and date, and release of EDI messaging back to broker. A selection of brokers are now ramping up the premium work package creation tests. This will enable claims to be created and downstream carrier processes to commence. ◾ Coordinated Customer Testing (CCT). We have taken the lessons learned from Vanguard onboarding and created a more streamlined onboarding process for CCT, this includes a ‘how to complete your onboarding documentation’ training video and we are hosting multiple drop-in sessions to support customers with the completion of the onboarding forms. The first CCT customer is due to be onboarded today and then this activity will continue into next week. We have also applied lessons learned from Vanguard into the Onboarding Guide issued this week, see https://lnkd.in/eiUUhSJt Key things to understand are how you group your entities, and the need to ensure you have all your organisation’s message end points and certificates available for both test and production. 2️⃣ Training – available now If you’re a carrier in the Company market, Lloyd’s managing agent, or broker, we have issued communications with syllabuses with details of how to book instructor-led training (face to face and virtual). This is in addition to the e-learning available to you on the Velonetic Education learning platform. I am delighted with our ongoing collaboration with the International Underwriting Association of London and the Lloyd's Market Association (LMA) as we support our customers with their preparations for a safe cutover. All syllabuses are available on our website https://lnkd.in/ecy9G2K5, and our team is available at VeloneticEducation@dxc.com if you have any questions. 3️⃣ #BlueprintTwo Q&A sessions – 7 & 8 May Working in partnership with Lloyd's we want to give you lots of opportunities to ask your questions and air any concerns. We continue to have targeted drop-in sessions, for instance our first on CCT we yesterday (2 May) and we have two more scheduled on 7 and 8 May. We are also holding two Q&A sessions next week about our wider programme of #digitaltransformation – register at https://lnkd.in/evavi72H We are listening, learning, and improving as we receive questions. Please get involved, and let’s keep talking!

Claims Portal Upgrade to A2A interface For A2A Users and their Software Houses only As you are aware we are upgrading our A2A interface, moving from SOAP to REST. The A2A interface is ready for use following integration of your systems with the new REST interface. We will dual run the existing SOAP and upgraded REST interfaces at least until the end of January 2026. This period gives users the flexibility to develop the new REST integrations whilst continuing to use the SOAP interface. We are asking all organisations to complete the migration to REST before the end of January 2026 as the current platform will be decommissioned. The current SOAP API will no longer continue to function once decommissioned. What do you need to do? 1. Register for the Developer Portal Your teams should have now registered for access to the Developer Portal - if they haven't please ensure they do this as early as possible. The Developer Portal contains documentation, guides and the APIs; everything your teams need to start the development for the migration. 2. Complete your development and testing Please nominate one person to fill in the form below, indicating the date on which your organisation will start development, and a prospective date your organisation will be migrating to the new Claims Portal REST API. Please complete this by the 31st October 2024. Our team will then support you towards your estimated migration date, through the development and testing phases. https://lnkd.in/efT-EYP3 3. Sign off by CPL Once you have completed your testing, we will work with you to provide sign-off for the migration to the REST API. 4.Go Live Once your migration date has been confirmed by CPL (and any internal teams on your side), your organisation can switch to the new REST API in the live environment. What will happen next? Once we have prospective dates from all organisations, we will communicate directly with you to ensure you have the support necessary to meet your planned development and migration dates. We have initial workshops planned: 28th January 2025 in Manchester; and 29th January 2025 in London. These will give you and your teams an opportunity to have an overview of the upgraded interface and ask questions of the team supporting you with the migration. Places are limited so please register your interest early here: https://lnkd.in/eUxqKe-Z
