I still think we have a massive challenge with women entering this profession as well. I think the industry has traditionally been a male dominated industry. You go to conferences and you look around the room and it's still majority men to put statistics on it. I keep my eye on the CFP boards demographics and right now you go on their site, 23% of CFP's are women and that's number really hasn't changed for many years. It's been hovering around 20%. For many years. So I think that having women representation within the industry is so important to making sure that you are speaking effectively to female clients.
