Since questions are probably the most important tool for problem solving Asking or answering the Who, What, Why, When, Where, and How can provide the context people need to better understand a situation. Three fawns were found injured and terrified inside their pen at the 4 Generations Ranch in Crawford, Texas. Why? Something caused this even though they had taken every care to prevent predators access to the baby deer. – What happened? – Who did it affect? – Why was it important? – When did it happen? – Where did it happen? – How did it happen? These are the first of many questions that will lead to answers. Originally, catfish were used to keep codfish active during live transportation in fishing boats, ensuring they arrived fresh at the market. The more active and aggressive catfish stimulated the codfish to move, preventing them from becoming static and losing value. Although the term has evolved to describe deceptive online personas, the original concept provides valuable insights into organizational dynamics.
