3moI can't recommend the Pumpkin Plan enough. It's enlightened me as an entrepreneur, but also as a sales rep and a consultant. Defining your goals, and especially your ideal customer, are key to integrating market research, data, marketing and sales to exponentially accelerate revenue growth, but most importantly, to lock in the perfect customers, that bear the most fruit with the least hassle. When you find that sweet spot, it feels like magic. 🤩
