It's Monday. Again, I receive messages from people, from companies, that they are caught up in many projects in the fall, that they don't have time... It's Monday, and my stream is invaded by serious economic and political topics, conferences about how AI impacts us, a news story about an employee of a big four who dies of burnout in another country, the layoffs situation of technology companies. Among them some good vibes posts about how we should not encourage toxic work environments, about humanity. Beyond that, I think that sometimes in these September-October months, when everyone is caught up in serious discussions and conferences with important themes (does they change anything?) - I think we need to take a break to be human, to be playful, to look at the people around us and to encourage their passions. We are changing something, of course small things, but changes come from people.
