It amazes me how many people share, comment and tag to help, once people are posting about losing their homes and cars and feeding their families. If people shared, commented and tagged when they first asked for support...they probably wouldn't have gotten to dire straits. I wish we had a proactive world that prioritizes and rewards prevention. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver Integrated Services: Implement a comprehensive service delivery approach that caters to the specific needs of the homeless population, aiming for meaningful and sustainable outcomes. • Healthcare Coordination: Oversee the coordination of medical, psychiatric, and other health services required by residents. • Team Leadership: Train and supervise Program Managers and Supervisors to effectively manage daily operations within the program. • Budget Management: Maintain department budgets, with a focus on revenue generation through bed capacity management and efficient labor utilization. • Training and Values Alignment: Ensure that the team is well-trained to provide homeless services in line with the company's values, mission, and vision as a behavioral health provider. • Scheduling: Develop personnel schedules that enable the team to provide quality care and support services to residents, including transportation and meal delivery, while meeting documentation and administrative requirements. • Establish a strong interdisciplinary team involving clinical, medical, administrative, case management, and vocational professionals to support residents and program success. • Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with CARF and DCF standards. • Resident Rights and Morale: Uphold the highest standards in protecting resident and patient rights and boosting team member morale. • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with company directors, referral sources, contracting agencies, and community leaders. • Facility Maintenance: Develop procedures for facility inspections, maintenance, equipment repair, and cleaning to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for residents and staff. • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including Hillsborough County, Tampa Hillsborough Homeless Initiative, Dept. of Children & Families, and other funding sources. • Commun
