"Phenomenal!" That's the feedback Malcolm's workshop received at Microsoft Switzerland's Copilot Week. He's in Zurich, offering workshops to Microsoft employees and customers on how to use Copilot more effectively. Here’s one key insight from these interactions: Most people tap into Microsoft Copilot only 2-3 times a day. We believe you should be using it at least 30 times. The key is to identify use-cases wherever and whenever possible, across all processes, and to employ advanced prompting techniques. Malcolm’s expertise in advanced prompting techniques is at the core of these sessions too. He's delivering three more workshops this week, offered in English, German, and French. It is impressive to see that our clients have been in the rapidly evolving Generative AI. We've been involved in numerous discussions, workshops, and proof of concepts. I felt that "Doing is important, but action must be balanced with thinking". 1. Digital Foundation: Establishing a robust digital foundation is important for the successful adoption of GenAI. 2. No Code/Low Code Platform and Generative AI: Leveraging no code/low code platforms can significantly accelerate the adoption of GenAI in enterprises. These platforms empower non-technical users to create and deploy AI solutions integrating with security, compliance and permission, thereby democratizing access to AI and driving innovation across the organization. 3. Go deeper on collaboration. Working with providers and cross-teams on gen AI programs requires a greater degree of trust and collaboration than has been necessary in traditional technology adoption.
