I’ve been going down a rabbit hole recently on how to better leverage AI as a thought partner in marketing beyond creating content. This Forbes article by Aleks Farseev outlines eight ways AI is informing marketing strategy and provides a variety of examples from predictive customer insights that better anticipate customer needs to campaign budgeting and optimization. One area where I am hoping to see AI make strides is qualitative market research, a key input I like to use as a foundation of a go-to-market strategy. There is an opportunity for AI to help transcribe, gather, and surface critical insights across large sets of customer qualitative feedback saving hours sifting and analyzing. I am sure there is a tool out there doing this that I just haven’t been introduced to yet - I’m on the lookout for it. Link to article in comments. AI is now deeply embedded in marketing teams. According to the marketing tech company Instapage's State of AI Marketing Report, which surveyed over 200 marketers across multiple industries, AI is becoming deeply embedded in marketing workflows, with 95.8% of respondents stating they use AI in their jobs every day. 47% of the marketers surveyed reported that using AI saves them at least 3 hours of work each day, with 55.1% of marketers reporting that AI-powered tools have been deeply integrated into their daily workflow. #AI #Marketing #DataDriven #Innovation #Engagement Source: Instapage
