We're excited to introduce our latest feature: Publication Date for a Knowledge document! This new addition allows you to change the creation date of the document. For example, if you create a Knowledge document on 1 June 2024, but your original company policy was created on 18 Jan 2021, you can enter this date and it will be displayed as the date on which this document was published. NEW: Related Issues for Articles We'll automatically connect any Resources you reference to Issues. Resources can include: 1. Knowledge Base Articles 2. Doc Links 3. Or any other Resource type You can see the related Issues when looking at an Article or the the Issue itself. This is powerful because it gives context to whoever is updating an article into what types of questions the article has helped solve historically. We've never seen a support platform offer this. Enjoy!

What is Information lifecycle? The information lifecycle refers to the various stages that information goes through, from its creation all the way to its final disposition. This applies to both physical and digital information. Information lifecycle stages: o Creation or capture: This is where the information is first generated. This could involve writing a document, taking a picture, or recording a video. o Processing: The information is reviewed, edited, and organized. o Dissemination or use: The information is shared with others or used for a specific purpose. o Storage: The information is archived for future reference. How long it's stored depends on its importance and any legal or regulatory requirements. o Disposition: This is the final stage, where the information is either destroyed or permanently archived

Do not sign any important paper without patience to read the Terms & Conditions before signing. If there is a problem tomorrow, if you do not read it properly in the Terms & Conditions section, then what we have done is that the company will keep saying that nothing can be reversed. Before signing any paper, please read it carefully a couple of times and act on it with Consciousness. Feel free to ask for clarification if you don't understand something. Paper is not just Paper. Each Paper is Data. Data is Information. Information is Recorded.
