I need someone from Meta to contact me, I have been locked out and suspended from my accounts for something I didn't do!
Hi Team Meta Good day. Sorry, I know this isn’t the right place to ask, im doing this out of desperation because I have no other way anymore. I’m not sure what is going on. All my personal & business accounts on META platforms has been disabled overnight since 19th December 2024. Namely: Facebook, Instagram, Threads & WhatsApp. I have been using most of these accounts for more than a decade, Facebook since year 2007 & WhatsApp since year 2010. Upon review/appeal submission, i have been prompted that i have violated "Terms of Service" / "Doesn't follow community standard". I'm surprised and have no idea which terms & condition have i crossed the redline. WhatsApp is a very important communication tool for my daily life since the very beginning. It is where i get to stay in touch with my friends, family, business partners, associates etc.I have kept tons of photos, videos, documents, files in the applications which i have yet to save them in my local storage.
