Unfortunately, Meta is a company that does not care about its users. My professional account (of years) was hacked and nothing is done to help us, no support!

On December 18, 2024, my Facebook and Instagram accounts were deactivated without any prior notice or clear justification. I have been a user of META’s social networks for many years, utilizing them both for personal purposes and, more importantly, for professional activities. I have always conducted myself with integrity and respect while using these platforms, which leads me to believe that this deactivation may have resulted from an error or system issue. Currently, my Facebook and Instagram profiles are my primary means of communication. They contain important conversations, records that demonstrate my credibility, professional posts, as well as photos and videos of significant personal and professional value. I trust META as a serious company that values and respects its users. However, despite my efforts to resolve this issue through the available support channels, I have not received any response so far. The best step perhaps would be having a customer service to contact for unjustified disabling of social media accounts. Ive lost so many memories I can never retrieve back. Been trying to contact any form of customer service for weeks. Absolutely horrible experience. Whats the point of focusing on verified business accounts that spend thousands on adbuy when you dont have proper personal accounts to view your annoying ads.
Hi Meta, I've lost access to my facebook page as Admin. I still have the control & ownership over the page in Meta Business Suite, but I cannot assign myself Admin rights, and the page is currently operating with zero admins. I've tried all reporting channels to request for help & support, & sent you DMs on twitter also. Please help sort this issue out urgently, as it is my business page. Thanks!

1wReaching out in absolute desperation here -- I have been trying to get in touch with some sort of customer support at Meta (Facebook, specifically) for a hacked account (mine). I have MFA set up, but FB did not send any security codes to my phone number. Instead, a security alert was sent through the app at 3 AM...to which I denied at 6:30 when I woke up, but it was too late. FB already provided access. The email was changed, a WhatsApp was created with my phone number (that was required to be on my account for MFA), and I have now lost all access to my FB account. I have messaged Meta on FB (before I lost access to the account), on IG, and sent numerous email. All to no avail. This is upsetting, as the account is nearly 20 years old - created when the website was THEfacebook.com and you had to be attending a major university in the US to join. I have lost 20 years worth of memories, pictures, and loved ones no longer with us. I have the recovery codes FB provided me a long time ago when I set up MFA, but I have not been prompted to enter them. Can someone at Meta or Facebook PLEASE help me!!?
