OFF THE RECORD - WOMEN LEADERS IN LIFE SCIENCES Seeing so many women leaders in life sciences research and entrepreneurship. When you read @Nancy Hopkins book “The Exceptions” you realize how much each one of these women have achieved and wonder what obstacles they faced, what stories they have to share. But we can all applaud. #WomenLeadersInLifeSciences #WomenLeaders #LifeSciences #LifeScienceInnovation #TheExceptions

Cheers to the women who continue to break past the cement ceiling during their careers in biopharma. However; shocking trends remain. Its industry-specific analysis showed that while women outnumber men in entry-level roles in the pharmaceuticals and medical products segment, making up 52% of those positions, female representation steadily decreases at every subsequent rung of the job ladder, culminating in just a 28% share of C-suite positions. This is a decline of 33% last year. Even more shocking, according to McKinsey’s latest report, the women who make up 29% of C-suite positions across all industries break down into 22% white women and JUST 7% women of color. I anticipate this decline will worsen within the next 4 years with the war against DEI and the rise of the MAGA movement.

Why should you attend the Convert X Women in Experimentation summit on 6th June? We'll let our speakers do the speaking... - Eden Bidani asks you to come because she's thrilled that there is a space dedicated to fostering diversity and encouraging representation - simply so people can see that there is room for them to join this amazing, giving community. - Gerda Vogt-Thomas believes that our summit is all about the attendees. Yes, the panels are diverse ... but the focus is on delivering fresh & usable insights to those who are hungry for them. - Line-Ariel (L.A) Bretous wants your presence ... She, Ebere Jonathan & Oreoluwa Akinnawo are rising stars who filled out the summit application because experience comes from practice yet most events want seasoned speakers. A catch 22 situation. The solution? We paired speakers with delivery and content mentors. For a polished final product. Experience the difference! https://lnkd.in/d9MRCxK9 #WomenInExperimentation #CRO #ABTesting #Analytics #Convert #Summit #ProductGrowth #Data #Optimizaion #Experimentation
