Entrepreneurship isn’t just about building a business—it’s a self-development journey wrapped in one. 💡 In this week’s episode, @uncommon_babe shares how starting a business is as much about figuring out who you are and what you stand for as it is about strategy. With so many “experts” online giving conflicting advice, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. 👉🏼 But Gina reminds us that your most important guide is your intuition. It’s a muscle you can strengthen, helping you cut through the noise, trust your own voice, and align with what truly feels right for you. 🎧 Ready to embrace your unique path in life and business? Controversial view point BUT /.... Rather than spending £30k, £60k, or £80k on a #business #degree, spend £10k on starting a business and proving it. #Invest 💰 enough to prove the idea, but not so much that it will saddle you with #debt for life and be prepared to pull the plug and move on if resilience doesn't work out. You will learn about:- ▶ Resilience ▶ Suppliers ▶ Customers ▶ VAT ▶ Tax ▶ Web ▶ Marketing ▶ Not getting stitched up ▶ IT Setup ▶ Managing people ▶ How hard it is to make money ▶ Failure or maybe #Success Ideally do this whilst working a job that pays the bills to keep the #overheads down and pay the bills whilst you ramp or fail. Don't know where to start? Youtube and .gov . OR ⬇ ⬇ ⬇ ⬇ ⬇ ⬇ ⬇ ⬇

Lorraine Ball challenges the romanticized notion that passion is the sole fuel for a successful business. In our latest episode on Inspired Choice Today, she argues that while passion is essential, it's not the endgame. Here's the kicker: Passion projects can lead to heartbreak if they aren't market-driven. Lorraine shares her own painful experiences of letting go of projects she loved because, frankly, the market didn't care. This raises an intriguing question about entrepreneurship: Should we be ruthlessly pragmatic about market demands, or should we give our passion projects a chance, even if the odds aren't in our favor? It's a tough pill to swallow, but maybe it's time to rethink the "follow your passion" mantra and instead align what we love with what the market truly wants. Listen to the full episode to explore this paradigm shift in business strategy.
