Being marketing lead at Pollum has taught me a lot about working in Web3 and blockchain. It’s been a unique experience, and there are a few lessons that have stuck with me. 1️⃣ Blockchain and Web3 are heading toward the mainstream, but there’s still a big gap in understanding. It’s amazing technology, but for many, it feels like another world. I’ve found that one of the most important things we do at Pollum is bridge that gap. Making Web3 concepts relatable and understandable isn’t just helpful, it’s necessary if we want to see widespread adoption. 2️⃣ We’re always talking to people, not just audiences. In a tech-heavy industry, it’s easy to get caught up in trends. But at the end of the day, it’s all about connecting on a human level.
