I've said it before, I really like the time on the train from- or to Stockholm. Focusing on work, but also time to reflect. I even get happy when the train is a bit delayed. This time I look back on one amazing week for Moveup Consulting AB. We've signed up clients for 7 new recruitments, and we hope this is a good sign of a better business climate. Many small innovation companies in medtech and pharma had a tough year, and the fundraising is tougher than ever. Unfortunately, we've seen good companies having to close down their business due to lack of the financial resources. Luckily for us, we have also many large business clients like Mölnlycke Health Care, Oticon Medical, XVIVO, BD, Abbott and many more. I have another business engagement, Padel Šolta. Reflecting on what we've accomplished so far, I can be nothing but grateful for all the attention and recognition we had this first season. Great efforts from all of our team, but from David Bergqvist and Matthias Troll more than anyone. For Padel Šolta, the business climate is more than good. It seems we've found a niche that attracts people from all of Europe and beyond. A private padel resort, with everything you need on site. Not easily found anywhere else to be honest. 🌍 Yesterday, ALICE successfully held its 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, marking the end of a remarkable year - 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆! The event, chaired by François-Régis LE TOURNEAU, ALICE Chair & Vice President Corporate Responsibility at L'Oréal, gathered 130 participants and reflected on a year of significant achievements, including: ✅ Welcoming 𝟮𝟮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀, strengthening our collaborative network. ✅ ALICE getting involved in the following new EU-funded projects: AutoMoTIF, AUTOSUP, GreenTurn Project, CLEVER, and FOREMAST. ✅ Organising the first 𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁, with 180 participants and 40 speakers. ✅ Expanding the ALICE Secretariat to 𝟭𝟴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 to support our growth and ambitious agenda.
