Are you conscious of how you work? Are you truly engaged, or just going through the motions? When you check off tasks on your to-do list, are they meaningful, or are you just burning time? We all have moments when we’re busy but not productive. I've been there—spending hours on busywork while my big goals collected dust. Then I realized I let other people's agendas take over my priorities. And you know what? That's no way to live. It's time to get intentional about how you spend your days. When you focus on work, are you truly immersed? Are you focusing on your goals, core values, and key responsibilities? Ask yourself: What are the 2-3 things will move the needle for you this week? Everything else? It can wait its turn or be crossed off entirely. You're the boss of your time. When you laser-focus on what matters most, you'll start making consistent progress toward your biggest goals and dreams.
