When it comes to in-person trainings, handouts and hands-on materials have been the most effective for audience knowledge retention rates! It's important to remember that everyone's learning style is unique to them. By providing multiple avenues for attendees to meet their learning needs, in-person trainings are more likely to have a lasting impression that is retained on an individual level.

Even the most experienced employee always has something to learn. This is where the CDEK interactive training system comes in handy. It conveys the company's standards, communication theory with clients, and solutions to operational tasks in an interactive format. It also covers methods for effective teamwork. At the end of each training module, there is a test to complete. The system takes into account the employee's weaknesses and structures the training around them. I think that's really cool! There's continuous professional development. Do you have similar training systems at your company? #knowledge #training #development

Training can be fun! A general perspective is that compliance training like Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) must be serious. The reality is that we are all human, and we learn well when we are having fun. Humor always brightens the environment and brings positivity. When people find something funny, they tend to pay more attention and remember associated learnings better and for a longer time. Use humor appropriately, whenever possible. #training #GMP #fun 🫶
