"Mahna Mahna", perhaps the greatest song performed by The Muppets, serves as inspiration for this latest post around our mantra of "Convert More. Sell More. Service More. All in One Place". If you've never heard "Mahna Mahna", give it a listen now. With that stuck in your head (you’re welcome), here’s the TradePending version. CMSMSMAIOP. That definitely works better, a little bit, if you watch this video instead of reading the text. While no one will ever remember that acronym, it’s much easier to remember what it stands for: Convert More. Sell More. Service More. All in One Place. That’s our simplified way of saying our goal is to help dealerships convert more of that hard-earned and ad budget supported website traffic into leads, to make it easier for their sales team to sell, and to grow their service business, and do it all with one piece of software. Yes, we don’t just do a trade-in tool anymore. We’ve got a video tool for sales and service, a service offers platform that turns your website into a service marketing machine, a payment calculator on steroids, and detailed digital brochures that customers love. We’ve grown a lot over the last 10 years, now working with over 5,000 dealers, and if you haven’t seen all that we do, it’s time to take another look.

The biggest mistake people make when listing services on their website: ➡️ Displaying too many options. Limit your purchase options to 2-3 packages. Anymore causes "choice overload" and actually leads to prospects making no choice. Conventional wisdom suggests more products lead to more sales, but it has the opposite effect. Offer less, sell more. #WebDesign #WebDevelopment #B2BMarketing

I have boosted my profits to more than a million just by transforming my Pricing. Because, man, profits start from pricing. Would you like to know what I share with my mentees when it comes to pricing strategy? Small pricing changes can have huge impacts! A 1% price increase can boost profits by 11%. Let's learn how to price your offerings correctly. 5-Step Action Plan 1. Know Your Value ↳ List all benefits your product/service provides ↳ Identify unique features only you offer ↳ Calculate time/money your solution saves customers 2. Understand Your Customers ↳ Create 3 customer segments: ↳ Budget buyers ↳ Value seekers ↳ Premium clients For each segment, note: ↳ Their typical budget ↳ Main problems they face ↳ How much your solution helps them 3. Research Smart ↳ Check competitor prices (but don't copy!) ↳ Survey current customers about perceived value ↳ Test different price points on small groups 4. Choose Your Strategy ↳ Pick one approach: ↳ Value-based: Price based on customer benefits ↳ Tiered: Different prices for different features ↳ Subscription: Regular payments for ongoing service 5. Test and Adjust ↳ Monthly checklist: ↳ Track sales at current price ↳ Note customer feedback ↳ Test small price changes ↳ Monitor competitor pricing ↳ Quick Wins to Try Today ↳ Add a premium version with extra features ↳ Create a basic package for budget customers ↳ Offer annual plans at a slight discount Common Mistakes to Avoid ↳ Don't compete on price alone ↳ Don't underprice out of fear ↳ Don't ignore the value you provide One of my mentees sold courses for $97, matching competitors. After applying this strategy: 📍Created three tiers: $47, $197, $497 📍Added more value to higher tiers Result: 40% profit increase in 2 months Remember: Good pricing shows confidence in your value. When you price right, both you and your customers win! If you want to put the right pricing strategy for your business, DM me. Out with the old and in with the new. Works well when I’m having a spring clean and trying to offload some of the absolute tat that has built up in my kids rooms over the year… but less so when it comes to your customers. So are you nurturing your existing customers as much as you're chasing new ones? We all know it usually costs far more to acquire new customers that to retain and nurture our existing customers. But how much exactly? Have you calculated your CAC? Your Client Acquisition Cost This is the amount it costs your business to find a new customer. You can work this out by costing together all the spend on marketing, sales and advertising including wages and all expenses associated. Then divide by the total number over new customers over that period. CAC = Marketing + Advertising + Sales costs / New Customers Once you understand this figure you can see just how much it costs you on average to find a new custom. 💥 TIP - You're aiming for your CAC to be lower than your Customer Lifetime Value e.g. the total value they bring to your business throughout the contract. Any questions? Fire away. ♻️ PS Repost if you found this useful.
