You are finally going to use AI for customer support?! Fantastic! Where do you start? You can't automate everything at once. That's where intent prioritisation comes in. But what is it? It's an analytical process that identifies which customer inquiries to automate first, based primarily on their frequency. First, analyse data on often specific types of request of curve. Look for patterns and trends, so you can identify high volume issues that are ready for automation. You can also consider other factors, like technical complexity and available resources. But focusing on the most common inquiries is by far the best place to start. So, how can we use this to our advantage? Start by gathering the data on your customer interactions. Once you have identified high priority intents, focus on tackling these common inquiries. First, as you automate more and more intense, you start to see the benefits. But remember, this process isn't a one time thing. As your business evolves and customer needs change, you need to continuously reassess and reprioritize. Auto Industry... If we think we can create a viable, AI-driven, and personalized customer journeys using syndicated customer data and a mild integration into the DMS...we are sadly mistaken. AI models require data. For a customized experience...it requires mass amounts of your customer data. Not syndicated...but the deep data you are collecting with every sale, RO, email, phone call, website visit. Large Language Models require Large Databases...not your DMS + public data.
