Christmas Season: Traditions vs. Needs A proverb says: Sometimes we can't see the forest for the trees, and the same can be true for Christmas, our traditions, and our needs. Do you follow traditions simply because they are traditions? Many of us do so unconsciously, often pushing past our own boundaries and overlooking our personal needs. Take some time to check in with each other about what you truly need this year during the week leading up to Christmas and throughout the holidays. Which traditions align with those needs, and which ones don’t? This is an opportunity to create new traditions or try something different this year. You might be surprised at the difference it makes in how you feel. Wishing you a wonderful 3rd Advent! #findjoyinthejourney #interpersonalconflict #cocreation #hearttoheartcommunication #honestcommunication #authenticrelationships #conflicttransformation #leadershipskills #ceomindset #stressless #kommunikasjon #hjertetilhjertekommunikasjon #ærligkommunikasjon #autentiskforhold #konflikt #konflikttransformasjon #ledelse #stresshåndtering #herzzuherzkommunikation #authentischebeziehungen #konfliktpotential

The gift of Christmas (the gift of God’s Son) empowers us to do all of what we were designed to do, but will fail to God unless God empowers us to do it. It is the liberation from everything that we were ‘not’ designed to be and not designed to do. It is the opportunity and the power to finally, finally be our authentic selves. And then, how about the durability of Christmas? These things that Christmas does…but how long do they last? “Have we ever consider the boldness of Christmas? For to craft such a daring story and to do so in a manner that it is sufficiently sturdy to stand up under the relentless scrutiny that is certain to be brought to bear against such a story is boldness indeed. And when God pens a story He does so not fearing scrutiny, but inviting as much of it as any one of us can muster up, for God does nothing that is not bold. Such is God and such is Christmas.” What God writes and what God does has no expiration date attached to it. There’s no last page. No period. What He writes and what He does will never find an end in itself. He’s the Creator of eternal stuff, and only eternal stuff. This stuff lasts forever. And then finally, does it really transform, because a lot of things say that they transform, but they don’t. Does Christmas transform right down to the bottom of everything that needs to be transformed? Does it really change everything? Does it really make everything new? And if so, if it really does, why do so many people just walk past it? Think about this: “One of the things that vexes me to the point of near insanity is understanding the message of Christmas and realizing the potency of this message to transform the worst of our lives so that we can become the best of our ourselves, to shift the momentum of entire cultures so that the world is brilliantly enriched by each instead of destroyed by all, and to handily touch the hem of history itself so that history is changed in the touching. And while all of these are ours for the taking, I continue to watch the mindless hoards trudge past these things in order to embrace everything that is not the ‘everything’ of these gifts. And so I pray that God would grant them a heart ready to be captured by the ‘everything’ of Christmas.” Don’t miss Christmas anymore. Don’t. Don’t miss the immensity of what God did, and what God continues to do. Get out of your rigid and confined thinking. Look at what Christmas truly is and what it truly does. Let this Christmas be the beginning of a ‘forever’ transformation in your life. Here’s wishing you and yours all the power of this incredible gift. __________________________________________________________________________________ Enjoy LifeTalk on most podcast platforms. Independence Day: A Call for Freedom and Justice As we celebrate our nation’s independence today, let’s remember that true freedom goes beyond the boundaries of our country. It’s about the safety, dignity, and justice for every individual, especially those who are vulnerable. Recently, the horrific incident involving a doctor from RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata has shocked us all. This Independence Day, while we honor the sacrifices of those who fought for our nation’s freedom, let’s also stand up for those who are fighting for justice today. The freedom we cherish must extend to ensuring that every person, regardless of their profession, gender, or background, can live and work without fear. As we celebrate, let’s pledge to demand justice for the victims of such heinous acts and work towards a society where safety and respect are the rights of all. Let’s not just celebrate our independence; let’s commit to making our country truly free from violence, injustice, and fear. Justice for RG Kar victim. Justice for all. #IndependenceDay #endviolence #standforjustice #humanrights
Wishing everyone a day filled with pride, joy, and gratitude. Let’s continue to strive for a better, brighter future for all. Happy Independence Day!

| 36 Times Around the Sun | As I celebrate my 36th birthday, I find myself reflecting on the lessons that have brought the most joy, peace, and love into my life. Some of those lessons are found within these five books that have shaped who I am today: 1. The Bible: This is my daily compass, guiding me through every season. It’s an act of faith and worship, a source of strength that never grows old. Each time I read it, I find new meaning that speaks to the present chapter of my life. 2. The Secret: “Ask and you shall receive.” This book changed how I view life, helping me understand the power of vision, manifestation, and gratitude. Positivity attracts positivity—it’s truly a choice and a mindset. The more you give, the more you receive. Simple, yet profound principles to live by. 3. A Purpose Driven Life: On my 4th read of this one! This book is a guide to recenter our “why.” It challenges us to live a purpose-driven life, unlocking ways to do so. 4. The Four Agreements: So simple, yet so powerful. Be impeccable with your word. Don’t take things personally. Don’t make assumptions. Always do your best. 5. Becoming Supernatural: A recent addition to my reading list, and one I’m finding hard to put down! Dr. Joe Dispenza shows how we all have the potential to tap into extraordinary abilities and transcend our limitations. It’s both eye-opening and inspiring. Every birthday is a moment to reflect—on how far we’ve come, where we’re headed, and what we’re grateful for in the present moment. It’s a time to celebrate what was, what is, and what’s yet to come. As I look forward to this next year, I pray for abundance in business, health for my family, and opportunities to give more, do more, and be more than I ever imagined. Cheers to being one year wiser!
