The Big Sing recently performed at the O2 Indigo for the National Entertainment Awards. Eighty of us captivated an audience of about 2000 and proudly took home the 'National Award for Community Impact'. Singing harmoniously together isn't just about music; it's a powerful analogy for successful teamwork. Like in a choir, true excellence emerges when every individual collaborates seamlessly towards a common goal. As we navigate the holiday season's heightened stress levels, consider the therapeutic influence of music. What better way to alleviate tension than through the unifying force of song? If you could choose a song to uplift and engage your team at work, what would it be? #singingatwork #teamperformance #oneteam

My song would depend on what my team needed in that moment. If it was motivation I'd choose Jump by Van Halen (not sure if the team would agree or how a choir would tackle that though!).
