This was a fun one. We're beginning to hear some backlash against AI in marketing (and in business more generally) as companies come up against its limitations. That's a genuinely Good Thing™. It means we're asking the right questions. It can't be about "playing" with AI in marketing. It's about "How are we using AI to create value for our customers and our brand?"
