The phrase customers are always right has been misused by these organisation and companies. If your clients who you call customers are always right, do not forget they have responsibilities of respecting your employees and follow the rules or terms of services delivery. Its high time to change shift and concerntrate on your employees welfare. Thats why you will be scheduling frequent meetings making noises why the company is not moving forward.
