It’s easy to get mentally fried when touring a lot of homes. You get your hopes up, Only to find out the home isn’t a good fit after stepping in the door. I recently had clients that gave me a pros and cons list of each home I sent. It was incredible. 🥹 Instead of touring 30 homes, we toured 6. There’s nothing wrong with touring a lot of homes. (Touring homes is usually the best part, that’s when I get to connect with clients the most!) But I’ve seen buyers get burnt out by touring too many, starting to feel like the right one will never come along. When you’re ultra clear about what you’re looking for, You always feel like there’s a good chance with the next home. You start to look forward to it instead of dreading it. What are some examples? Do you want: • Corner lot? • Open floor plan? • Only hardwoods? • Private backyard? • Amenities nearby? • Secluded location? • A lot of natural light? • Specific kitchen style? • Minimum square footage? • Maximum square footage? The list could go on and on. Most importantly, if it’s missing some of your wants… Which ones are a dealbreaker? Not every home is going to have 100% of your list. So you need to figure out where you’re willing to give. Enough rambling from me. Get that list together, And start looking at some homes 🤩 P.S. If you want to use my site to search, link is in my contact info in bio 🫡
