We’ve released The Book of Spin out into the world in collaboration with Wonder Fool’s ‘Positive Stories for Negative Times’. It's an interactive playbook where real world audiences are guided via phone by performers to engage with the world around them in intimate and unsual ways. The best part? It's open access for any young people to stage. Give it a spin, we dare ya: https://lnkd.in/gSNKPD6j

The presentation I gave last Monday is now available on YouTube https://lnkd.in/emfQvzw6. 60 minutes of presentation, and 25 minutes of Q&A. Feel free to share this post and the video. We had about 45 people on the webinar, and 110+ registered. The link for the thesis is https://lnkd.in/ea45b2Cr if you want to dig into the detail (there are loads more than I could cover in the 60 minutes available) I have learned over the years that pretty much everyone has loved the face-to-face programmes, many enjoy the theory, and many want specific resources to help maximise the transfer of HF knowledge to their diving or instruction. These resources are what makes it easier for YOU to do the right thing, and harder to do the wrong thing. What resources do you need that will help you with HF and 'risk' management in diving? Post your thoughts below. Plus your thoughts on the research. #diving #divingsafety #humanfactors #justculture #psychologicalsafety #research Lund University

To accomplish what you want, in today’s world…in yesterday’s world, in tomorrow’s world…you need to show up. In person, in real life, we need to listen, communicate, and absorb what our world has to offer. What are you talking about? Who are you talking to? How can you push more ladder down behind you instead of pulling it up? How can you use your own experience to create more pathways for others in the next generation?

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with brands, leaders, and businesses to shape stories that connect, resonate, and inspire action. But the most powerful stories aren’t just the ones we share with others—they’re the ones we tell ourselves. That’s why I’m launching 🖊️ Edit Your Life, a new Substack newsletter that turns the lens inward. It's all about exploring the personal narratives that guide us—those quiet, often unexamined beliefs that shape our actions and, ultimately, our lives. 🖊️ Edit Your Life isn’t about big overhauls or forced positivity. It’s about small, intentional edits to the stories we carry—mindset shifts, reflections, and practical insights that help us decide which stories serve us best. In this first edition, I’m drawing on my counselling training and storytelling experience to explore how beliefs can quietly limit us and what rethinking one might open up. If you’re curious about making meaningful shifts from the inside out, you can check it out here: https://lnkd.in/endG5vxB #EditYourLife #IntentionalLiving #MindsetShifts #PersonalGrowth #SelfNarrative #Storytelling #Substack

Before you delve into the other videos in this series, it's crucial to watch this one first as it relates to exploring Andy Davis's insightful article titled "Shearwater Dive Computer Settings: Become A Power User!". You can find the article at https://lnkd.in/eYNYE6vd I urge you to practice safe and conservative diving. Recreational divers should refrain from altering the Gradient Factor settings on their dive computers. It's strongly advised to stick with the most conservative default settings until you've gained substantial knowledge in this area and have perfected your buoyancy and trim control underwater. There's no need to rush. Let's foster a learning environment for everyone and together, create a more welcoming world of diving. The field of Decompression Sickness is still very much a theoretical one, and even the leading minds admit there's a lot left to learn. Use these videos to understand these settings but never as a justification for non-conservative diving. Regardless of your skill level, even if you're a dive professional, safety and conservative diving should always be at the forefront of your scuba diving adventures. Enjoy the journey and never stop learning! https://lnkd.in/eEt3BJyK
