𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐣𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠? As today is the day of Ganpati Visarjan in most places of Maharashtra, it takes me back to my childhood days, when I was always taught that Ganesh Visarjan is a symbolism of something very significant than simply immersing the Ganesh idol underwater. And that significance was the feeling of letting go of all the negative emotions that pull us down and make us weak and become a hurdle in our growth. The emotions of anger, lust, regret, envy, jealousy, hatred and enmity. These emotions hamper our emotional and mental well-being, which in turn causes imbalance in our life and consequently affects our functioning. It's important to understand that one must acknowledge these emotions and work on them, rather than internalizing them and causing harm to your body in the long run. Here, immersing an idol underwater also means calming your nervous system with mindful practices so that one can work on their negative emotions and look forward to life with a positive outlook. Personally, I connect so much to Ganpati Bappa and the traditions alongside it, because it's an inspiration that truly motivates me to accept, learn and act upon whatever comes my way without any negativity. There was a moment when I unknowingly saved a person from attempting #suicide. Receiving a message from him (love to be annynomus) expressing deep #depression and contemplating suicide at late night, he stumbled upon a #motivational video of mine just before taking a drastic step. Miraculously, he chose to jump back into life after watching my #TEDx talk. ♿ Such instances reinforce my belief that #miracles happen when people decide to create them. I've encountered numerous challenges, but my journey takes on a profound meaning as I witness the tangible impact of my work on individuals' lives. I've received heartwarming messages from individuals realizing the true essence of achievement – living a life free from #stress, high blood pressure, and depression. Serving as a #Happiness Guru for someone from Odisha, I guide that #student towards a path of selfless and joyful living. ❤️ 🤗 I advocate for embracing dreams, emphasizing that it's never too late to create the life one has always envisioned. By encouraging self-trust, acceptance, kindness, and gratitude, I believe true happiness is a journey, not a destination. #disabilityinclusion #motivationalspeaker #keynote #talks #speaker #diversityinclusion #WeAreBillionStrong #accessibility #mentalwellness

The one negative emotion that can rip families apart…. I have seen it happen so many times. Speaking from my own experiences, as a British Pakistani, it seems to be more common in the South Asian culture. There is a disease that has taken over society today and in Islam it is called ‘Hasad’, meaning jealousy. This is how it plays out: When you are young and don’t have much, everyone seems to love you and is friendly with you. At this point you are not a threat to anyone. As you grow older, you have probably got a good job, go on holidays and have a nice car. At this point your friend’s list begins to decrease. Then you might buy a few properties, you gain more success and the friends list decreases even further. All of a sudden you become a threat to others. They liked you when you were at a certain level but now that you are achieveing more than what they have, you are suddenly not liked. You will not get congratulated on your achievements. You might get totally ignored, where people pretend they don’t know what you have been up to. This jealousy then makes its way into families and tears people apart. I know people say it shouldn’t bother you, but in reality it does bother people, because the ones who do this are the ones you had least expected to do this. So what can you do? The simple answer is nothing! If you yearn for their validation, then you will be on a cycle of misery. You will forget who you are in the process. You cannot control how they behave towards you, but you can control how YOU react to them. If anything, you can make dua for them that their jealousy decreases and they gain guidance from Allah (swt). I pray on this blessed day of #jummah that this disease leaves people’s hearts and one day we get to have true relationships from people who are not so fixed in their mindset that they feel threatened by others success. Ameen. #jummahmubarak

This Independence Day, I want to share a message from my heart, one that speaks to the soul of our nation. India has journeyed far, achieving remarkable material progress over the decades. Yet, there's a deeper freedom that still eludes us—a freedom within, where the chains of mental health stigma and suffering are gently released. As someone who listens deeply to the pain of others, I see the silent struggles many of us carry. We've been taught to soldier on, to bear our burdens quietly, thinking that this is strength. But true strength, true freedom, lies in embracing our vulnerability and our humanity. It lies in recognizing that our mental and emotional well-being is not a luxury but a right. Mental health is the foundation of our whole being. It's not something we should push aside or hide in the shadows. When we honor our inner world with the same care and compassion we extend to our physical selves, we begin to heal—not just as individuals, but as a collective. Unfortunately more often that not, I see a wounded collective. I know the path can be difficult. To acknowledge our struggles, to reach out for help, to speak our truth—it takes immense courage. But this courage is not only an act of self-love; it's an act of love for our nation. When we nurture our own well-being, we contribute to the wholeness and strength of our community. I invite you to wake up to the possibility of a new freedom. A freedom where we are no longer bound by the silence and shame that mental health challenges often bring. Instead, let us walk together on a path of openness, support, and healing. Imagine living in a country where every heart feels safe to be authentic, to seek help, and to find peace within. This is the truest expression of freedom—living in a way that honors both our shared humanity and the unique journey of each individual. 🇮🇳 #IndependenceDay #MentalHealthMatters #FreedomFromWithin #RiseInCompassion

Just venting out random stuff cause I’m hurting! Reminds me of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi’s profound quote — the day a woman can walk freely at midnight on the roads, that day we can say that India achieved independence. How deep is this? Where is the independence! It is 2024!! Shame on us!!! Where’s the real independence when a doctor gets gang raped as an incentive for working the night shifts, and the culprits walk free like it’s nothing? Everything is tied to power and the narratives controlled by those at the top. No media is addressing the tragic rape of a doctor in Bengal. Where are the voices of influential figures like Ambani, Adani, and the stars of Bollywood and Tollywood? It’s disgraceful. While sitting in Mumbai’s Pali Hills and Bandra seaside, people are more concerned about Ukraine and Israel on their social media, yet they are indifferent to issues within the country. People say India’s strength is in its population, but there’s a paradox here — think about it. Is overpopulation actually a curse? Does it lower our collective IQ? Does India need more land, or should we operate like the EU, with each state as a mini-country under a single defence system? Indian’s divided in so many ways — North India vs. South India, religion, caste, reservation, language, gender, economic class, neighborhoods, my god is better than your god, my religion is better than yours, you name it damn! The powerful suppress the less powerful, and those with even a little bit of power suppress those with none. We celebrate movies like KGF (a dacoit), PUSHPA (a smuggler), and Animal (an alpha male), but as a society, we’re missing the understanding of what it means to value HUMAN LIFE. My friends and colleagues in London and the EU are making me feel ashamed, as they judge the entire nation because of the actions of a few psychopaths in situations like these rapes. Overall India is truly a unique case. Based on my observations, here’s a progress report card of India’s youth during their prime years (Teens and Twenties) - Reckless behavior is common, with triple riding on bikes without functioning headlights and driving on the wrong side of the road. - By 7 PM, many youths can be found loitering around wine shops, entitled to spit paan or litter butts indiscriminately. - Last Monday around 8 pm, my friend and I were taking a walk in front of T-Hub and Knowledge City when we noticed a group of teens sitting on the pavement and drinking alcohol in public. - Some youth see ignoring traffic signals as a mark of bravery, Such involved in illegal activities such as drug distribution or theft. Some end up in prison, and a fraction even rise to become politicians. - People like Dolly chaiwala and kumari Aunty who become sudden overnight stars set an example by pissing on education ocean. These people are now invited as guests to colleges and Student events for god damn what? The youth are inspired by them, especially during their adolescent years!

Happy Birthday America! #independenceday This 4th of July, I am in India. I have been living In India for a little over a month and the experience is having a profound effect on me. #india I am an appreciative person. I start my morning off with gratitude, meditate, take time to observe and nurture nature. I have a physical fitness routine and do daily readings. These practices help ground me and put me in a state of abundance that I take with me into my day. Here in India, the disparity between those who have and those who have not is witnessed daily. It has taken my thinking about gratitude and abundance to another level. In my daily life, here in India, and at home in Miami, I have everything I need and more. #gratitude What if I did not? What if I did not have a roof over my head, food to eat, clean water to drink, fresh clothes to wear, or a place to bathe? What if my child did not have these basic necessities? It is hard to even imagine that because I have everything I need. I cannot understand that level of suffering, as I have never experienced it. Yet, it is real, and it is happening every day. India has helped me see this dichotomy of poverty and wealth. If we do not expose ourselves to the reality of others, if we only stay in our comfort zone and do not look, we are living in an altered reality. We are all interconnected. We do not operate in a vacuum. Remember, be in gratitude and not in “taking for granted” mode. Go within, connect with your center, grow your wealth, and make a difference. #interconnectedness

You have to pay a very heavy price to become famous. • A person has to sacrifice virtually everything to achieve fame in this world. • Who is more famous in India than Mahatma Gandhi? • Who has made more sacrifices than Mahatma Gandhi? • Mahatma Gandhi may be known today as the Father of the nation, but he was a bad father of his own children. • He was so much engaged with the affairs of the world that he paid no attention to his family. • They all suffered due to him. • In the modern time, who is more famous than Shri Narendra Modi? • He too has paid a heavy price for it. • He has to work for almost fifty years and leave his family including his wife to achieve this fame. • Rahul Gandhi has to sacrifice his father, his uncle and his grandmother due to the politics. • All these famous people can't live a normal life anymore. • They can't roam on street without facing the danger of getting hurt. • Many people don't become famous because they are not willing to sacrifice everything in their life to achieve just one thing that can make them famous. • Many people don't get famous despite their best effort because they don't have any special ability or good family background or luck in the favour. People work throughout their lives to become famous as a celebrity. However, once they become famous, their fame becomes their greater curse. Fred Allen, an American comedian, has summarized this beautifully, "A celebrity is a person who works hard all of their life to become well known, and then wears dark glasses to avoid being recognized*" • It is a great blessing to be an ordinary person, which most ordinary person don't appreciate. • An anonymous life is often the best life.

Does society even matters? So we always see movies, post, songs regarding the sufferings of a girl and boy. But none of us ever thought about the cause of all this. do society affects ur or we let them affect us due to our mindset that is structured in such way. If a boy cries. society comes and says don't cry Lil boy If a girl wears something, society comes and says don't wear this don't wear that. 🙂 If a boy want to become chef, he needs to face society. If a girl want to become wrestler, she needs to face society. If a boy's can't become engineer, he is a loser If a girl achieve her dreams, no one value it. India is just full of society I guess NO CULTURE NO DREAMS.. Sad to say but 90% of Indian fails as being friendly teacher, friendly parents leading to suicidal thoughts. With the reference data, India is gradually increasing in suicide rate as it increased by 22% in 2022 and mostly student take such steps. Due to?? what do you think reason could be?? family issue? financial crisis? education system? ofcourse what can it be except these .. a child who didn't even saw the world takes such steps. please share your thoughts regarding it and also if someone in ur contact is depressed do keep a track of their well being cuz once they left nothing we are left with except memories. #society #suicide #crisis #gettingtoknow #likelytodie
