Their answer gives you a glimpse into what they’ve been working on and what matters most to them - even if you don’t see results yet. 2️⃣ Reflect on your client’s progress. “Do you remember when…?” These talks recognize where they started, how hard they’ve worked, how much they’ve learned, how much they’ve grown, and how far they’ve come.
