The 166-year-old chain, which is fighting extinction, calls the parade its “gift to the nation.” With 30 million TV viewers, it’s also a big moneymaker. 3wDeclining sales? Could it be poor customer service? very unfortunate experience with this corporate giant. Order 4 identical gifts for Christmas. One for each of my amazing daughters. Long-standing tradition. Every year, among the gifts under the tree, are 4 identical packages. Count to 3, opened up together. Its the little things in life. This year, I upped my game and spent a decent chunk of change. I have 4 teenaged daughters for 1 year. I thought it was special so I ordered special. What I have dealt with since, is anything but. Delivery confirmation came thru for my items on Dec 2. Dec 4, I went to the UPS store with anticipation. I got my package and inside, was only 1 item. Not 4. I opened the package in view of the store manager and an employee. 1 item. Not 4. Repeated efforts to rectify this have left me frustrated. Chat logs have been recorded. Broken promises and lies are all your #customerservice have provided.
