Just last week we unveiled Alderway Partnership Capital and we’ve been blown away by all your support. To those who have already joined us on this exciting adventure, a big thank you!
Our ethos, rooted in Partnership Capital, emerged from our collective experiences. Take, for instance, the story of Vanarama. Andy and Dan quickly realised that to truly thrive, the businesses needed more than just financial backing. Enter Elliot and Emily, whose involvement, as part of Pentland Ventures, went above and beyond the traditional investor role. Together, the team shared a vision, committed for the long haul, and thanks to a lot of hard work and a fair amount of good luck, this culminated in a £200 million exit and the inception of Alderway Partnership Capital.
But what does partnering with Alderway mean for you? It means gaining access to not just our dedicated in-house team, but also an expansive network of industry experts and potential collaborators.
Our role is to support you, to be the guide that helps you get from where you are now, to where you want to be. That's partnership. We’ll be investing very meaningful capital and becoming a part owner in your business, and like all investors we want to make a return. BUT we only get a return when you have achieved what we set out to achieve together. We will also (in the right circumstances) provide cash-out to the founder/entrepreneur so that they can de-risk and focus on the mission, rather than the mortgage!
