At the end of the month, companies reap the benefits of our dedication. 🏢 As a business owner: We tend to work just as hard for clients. But often, we don’t demand the compensation we truly deserve. 🤦♀️ Here’s the bitter truth: While your service quality must never waver, your compensation should reflect your effort and expertise. 💡 You must pay yourself what you deserve to sustain and grow your business. 💰 Nothing comes for free, not even your services. First there’s a JOB, where we do what we do for the paycheck. We might work hard, and we might even enjoy what we do, but at the end of the day, we know it’s just a job. Then there’s a CAREER, where we invest our time and effort to climb the hill of increasing rewards, and where we hope that the money we earn will allow us to do the things we want to do outside of work. And then there’s a LIFE, where the work we do, the things we learn, and the difference we make are completely intertwined, and where the rewards may, or may not, give us everything we need. But I do post about: ➡️ My clients achievements ➡️ My 2-3 hr work days (3 days a week) ➡️ Moments I share with my loved ones ➡️ Life experiences that create major aha moments ➡️ How you can use your unfair advantage (not time) to create money ➡️ The importance of masculinity ➡️ Doing less and achieving more being far BETTER than the hustle and grind ➡️ Safety and security preventing fun, impact and freedom ➡️ How YOU can create the life you wouldn’t trade for anything - more time, fun, impact and freedom Because that’s what living looks like to me. Doing what I want, when I want, where I want, how I want and with whom I want. Enhancing my relationships AND health and well-being Discovering what I’m capable of - the impact I can make And being FREE. Don’t get me wrong. I won’t lie. I enjoy the money I earn, the cars I drive and the places I live in. But it doesn’t define me. It’s not what makes me feel alive. It’s not what fills me with energy and excitement. Because WITHOUT the impact and moments they’re just meaningless vanity metrics. Get clear on: Why you do all you do What YOU want Who YOU are What YOU love What YOU can offer the world - you’re UNFAIR ADVANTAGE And build YOUR life around that.
