Choosing your SDR tech stack isn't about following a perfect formula. It's about understanding what your team truly needs. 🎯 Consider this path: Know your approach > Match tools to strategy 🔍 Set your limits > Budget smart, not big Map connections > Make tools work together 🔄 Pick essentials > Build for real needs Plan the rollout > Think long-term 🌱 Many rush to buy tools before understanding their team's real needs. They end up with expensive solutions to problems they don't have. Remember: The right tool fits your team's way of working, not the other way around. What's been your most important consideration when choosing SDR tools? Read our latest blog here: https://buff.ly/3BDaIZ0

5 tools that EVERY SDR should master to crush Q4 ⚔️ August is a slow month, use it to learn new skills. Most gurus give you 500+ tools to use but the truth is that to perform, a small stack is not just enough but a must in my opinion. Maximize your efforts on fewer tools that deliver you the most value. Tools mentioned in this post: - trumpet 🎺 - Smartlead - Findymail - Taplio - Breakcold ----- What other tool would you add? 🤔

I scaled my fractional SDR business to $36k/mo with 0 employees. Here's how great SDRs can do the same: 1/ Figure out what personas you have the most experience talking to 2/ Ask yourself what they buy before, during, or after your product 3/ Build your Dream 100 List (2-3 clients = $15-$20k/mo) 4/ Start reaching out with an irresistible offer 5/ Bring on 1 client at a time (start slow) 6/ Control the operations & process 7/ Escape SDR Industrial Complex Go get yours 👊

What do you do if your SDR team's enthusiasm is waning, creativity is flat, and results are low? It's frustrating when you know your product is great, but your outreach isn't hitting the mark. I’ve built SDR playbooks before, and here’s what I’ve learned. These are the must-haves I always include: - Ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and personas. I make it crystal clear who SDRs should target. The goal? No wasted time on unqualified leads. - Talk tracks and email templates. I don’t leave reps to “wing it.” They get proven scripts and messaging for calls, emails, and follow-ups. - Qualification frameworks. I outline exactly how to spot a good lead. Whether it’s BANT, or custom criteria, reps never guess. - Resource roadmap. I compile everything—case studies, pitch decks, FAQs. Reps can find what they need in seconds, not hours. Here’s the truth: If reps follow the playbook and still struggle, the problem isn’t them. It’s the playbook. What’s missing from your SDR playbook? Start there. #SDR #enablement

The most powerful way to make progress as an SDR: Do the basics Every.Single.Day. Do the basics in collaboration with others. Do the basics accepting that you'll fail & learn. Do the basics where people can see & hear you. Do the basics even when you really don't want to do it. 📈 Do the above and watch your growth compound. ♻️ Repost if you're going to harness this attitude in 2025.

What does an SDR manager want from their SDRs? Good performance, for sure. But what helps SDRs get there: - Consistency: Showing up every day, Ready to make calls, Eager to learn. - Adaptability: Getting used to new tools (like Maildoso, which our company uses for better delivery), Adapting to strategies, Keeping up with regular changes in the market. - Openness: Listening to feedback, Always learning, Asking questions, and trying out new ways to do things. Take this as a playbook for all SDRs getting ready for 2025…
