Every once in a while, I come across a UI that is done brilliantly. I recently used Lugg to move an item I purchased from Meta Marketplace... What did I love about it? 💡 Lugg asked four simple questions 💡 It took less than 1 minute to secure an object moving from point A to B, two men, a truck, and a payment. The time to create an account matters. This company did not have me create an account; it was created when I paid for the move. Lugg was more concerned with helping me get what I wanted. 👏 I encourage all of you to look at Lugg for inspiration. 👏

Just for clarity in an industry where the roles are very confusing for business people looking in from outside the bowl, you’re talking about UX. UX is the overall flow, timing, and approach of the transaction. The UI is strictly and only they tangible buttons you push, inputs you type within, checkboxes you check, a modal displaying something, etc. In a technical sense, UI’s involve form elements (which includes buttons) like 99% of the time. Or in layman’s terms, UI is the door knob, and UX is the feeling of opening THAT door with THAT knob, and walking through it into an atrium. That whole experience is UX. It gets confusing because the UI is an aspect of the UX. But a UX doesn’t have to have any dynamic UI or form interactions at all. (IE a landing page experience, for example, often just has a button as the sole CTA. That button is the only “UI” within that landing page content UX flow.)
Great insight M, I agree it's better when it's simple for customers to do business. Getting more on the backend makes good sense! I leave all my carts empty when it's too much hassle.
heard good things elsewhere about Lugg too
