On December 6th, we hosted a truly special and creative St. Nicholas event at our new workspace in Frankfurt. As part of our ongoing office enhancements following our move, we wanted to create a collaborative artwork that reflects who we are as a team and organization. To achieve this, we invited artist Felix Aaron Hülpüsch "Hülpman" to transform one of our walls into a stunning, personalized masterpiece. Colleagues were encouraged to share their ideas with the artist in real time — anything related to Lufthansa Technical Training, our team, our strategy, our focus, or the work we do. Hülpman seamlessly incorporated these suggestions into his live artwork, creating a vibrant mural that now adds a unique and personal touch to our office. The event was filled with creativity, laughter, and even some festive treats. It was inspiring to see everyone come together and contribute to a piece that represents all of us. We’re thrilled with the result and look forward to future projects with Hülpman. Thank you to everyone who participated in making this day so memorable! #LTT #Collaboration #ArtInTheOffice #Teamwork

𝗪𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, most recently an after-work event on the topic of industrial production. Our team led by Stefanie Botz and Maximilian Schaugg found the perfect place for this: the newly renovated fifth floor of our Munich office on Theresienhöhe. Our CEO Holger Wolff about our 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲: "The 5th floor expresses our concept of New Work. We give employees the freedom to work in the office or remotely. At the same time, we want to use our offices to create spaces where • people can meet, • exchange ideas, • develop new ones and • celebrate together." And that's exactly what we did at After Work. Our new colleague Carina Wagner traveled all the way from the Frankfurt office and immediately felt at home: “Our event got off to a warm start, the keynote speeches inspired us and we were able to exchange ideas in a cozy atmosphere.” In his presentation, our smart factory expert Albrecht Lottermoser showed how AI can offer significant benefits for the manufacturing industry - from cost and time savings to competitive advantages and improved safety and quality. The discussion then continued, especially as AI, like an iceberg, can be a lifesaver for shipwrecked people as well as a danger to ships. Albrecht: “AI is often seen as a savior, but what lies beneath the surface is underestimated.” Our colleagues explored this using a use case we developed for the unified namespace. For Stefanie Botz and the whole team, one thing is clear. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸s. There are also plenty of topics to discuss.

Behind the Scenes: What can you get in 19 hours with 20+ Professionals? When you see a beautifully executed event, what you don't always see is the blood (not literally 😆 ), sweat, and hours of hard work that go into bringing that vision to life. For the Vanguard Project launch at the The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in DIFC on 2nd October 2024, we captured the entire 19-hour setup on a timelapse video, and it's a perfect window into what truly happens behind the scenes. With 20+ professionals, we meticulously worked around the clock to ensure every detail was perfect. I can't express enough gratitude to the dedicated team that made this all possible. Every challenge, every tight deadline was handled with care, skill, and a relentless commitment to quality. A special thank you to Maria Trishina from Ritz Carlton for her unwavering support in making sure we had everything we needed to get this setup done on time. Access, coordination, and timing were crucial, and her contribution was invaluable. We had the challenge of Delivering a large-scale, flawless event within a limited timeframe along with balancing the stress of timelines, logistics, and ensuring seamless execution for our clients. We understand that It's about more than just putting on a show—it’s about putting the customer first and delivering the experience they deserve. This timelapse isn’t just a cool video—it’s a reminder of the hard work, coordination, and dedication to excellence that goes into making every event a success. Our team lives and breathes this mission: to ensure that every project we touch exceeds expectations. Take a moment to watch the video and appreciate what goes into creating these unforgettable experiences! your support and feedback will help us convey the message for our teams motivation. #EventManagement #BehindTheScenes #EventPlanning #EventSetup #Timelapse #VanguardProject #CorporateEvents #Teamwork #PurrpleOrryx #RitzCarltonDIFC #DubaiEvents #ClientFirst #EventSolutions #EventSuccess #EventIndustry #EventExecution #EventDesign #LuxuryEvents

𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 I still cherish the memory of joining a husband company trip with my husband in 2012 to the Christmas market in Dusseldorf. It was a weekend trip, traveling together in a bus and with a mixed program of shared activities with all his colleagues and free time. The trip was paid by an employee fund. Being active in multiple communities, I asked people working for various companies across Europe what their most meaningful experiences with their managers were. No statistical research, just raw data from real humans: - Working on a shared purpose through a team mission - The ability to be recognized and valued "as a whole" (within a context that this person was more than average sick, but at the same time able to outperform on output). - Performance reviews that go in a mutual form, for example: "How can we improve together XYZ" - How my manager invested in getting a better understanding of the impact of management decisions on operational excellence - Being invited as an external employee to the annual Christmas market - A handwritten birthday card - Support in onboarding through an experienced colleague - Learning & Development Opportunities - Celebration of my work anniversary (10, 12,5, or 25+ years) - Being present on my last working day - Outside the office drinks - Team building activities or a team diner 2 reasons why I believe promoting or investing in increased human connections is important: 1. The current economic market in Europe is challenging, putting extra pressure on companies and individuals. 2. According to a study by Microsoft, 65% of workers say they feel less connected to their coworkers after the pandemic. Making great memories at work leads to more positive, productive, and cohesive workplace. In times of budget constraints, there can be creative ways, including self-organization of activities by employees. How do you look at this #Leadership #Leadershipdevelopment #Selforganization #Perspectives #Meaningfulexperiences #Softskills #Christmasmarket #Dusseldorf #Germany #Productivity #Employeeengagement

Consider this post just a friendly reminder that at MozgoQuiz, we organize corporate events anywhere. Recently, we decided to play a little game in the office: “What is the most unexpected place you have ever organized a quiz at?” Honestly, we can’t choose the winner! From forests to race tracks and yachts—those are just a few of the locations where different companies have enjoyed their teambuildings with us. So yeah, name the location, and the next thing you know, you'll be answering our questions there! #CorporateEvents #Teambuilding #Flexibility #MozgoQuiz #CorporateQuiz #SummerTeambuilding

Comeback time for true creative cultures? Last week I visited the iconic KesselsKramer office in Amsterdam to catch up with their creative partner Gijs van den Berg (who I hadn't seen since our paths crossed in Cannes Young Lions competition some 18 years ago!) Located in an old church, with its famous diving board to nowhere, this place reminded me why I got into this business in the first place. In fact, their book 2 Kilo of KesselsKramer was my big inspiration in my junior years. To my delight, the place still felt pretty whack (which was awesome). Despite what we like to tell ourselves, our industry as a whole has not been known for its creative spirit, craziness, and genuine fun in recent years. Reasons are plenty, hence companies with strong creative DNA like KesselsKramer's are an exception, not the rule. Rather than reminiscing 'the good old days', I'd like to ask what does it mean to build a creative community and culture today? One marked by raw energy, imagination, and the absence of fear. After all, the world may have changed, yet people's love for the good stuff, fresh work that isn't rationalised to death, a bit of artistry, anarchy and magic hasn't gone anywhere. ✅ I believe it takes a diverse network of ambitious people hungry for certain notoriety, more diverse than you can find a bus ride from any office. ✅ It takes an ethos that works both as an anchor as well as something to be famous for. ✅ It takes a spirit of experimenting and making things; the best people I've worked with have often been makers in their own right. ✅ And finally, even though I'm a big proponent of remote work, I'd also argue it takes a place too. Not a place to show up every day, but one that is an embodiment of the ethos. I'm sure we all have our own recipes. It's great to come across companies & collectives that inspire. In many ways, this visit reminded me of my motto I try to live by: "If it's not a hell yeah, it's a no." Because we need more 'hell yeah' in the world.
