After some weeks finally finished this intersting training that brings some valuable information regarding: Talent Engagement,Talent Management and People Development in general. An important outcome from it is that a leader needs to have that clinical eye to analyse people, help them improving their strenghts and assure that they are in a position that they can use their full potential. #leadership #peoplemanagement #talentretention
