ARRD is a talent management program that has been developed for organisations & employee's, by the fantastic team at Yorkshire Care Group Limited, including Simon Starling and Angela Fletcher BA (hons) RNLD GCGI FInstLM. The ARRD program has been implemented within The Yorkshire Care Group and will soon be available to external companies. Today, let’s take a look at #workplacetalent What is workplace talent? Workplace talent refers to individuals within an organisation who possess unique skills, abilities, and potential that contribute significantly to continued organisational success. This can include combinations of both the inherent capabilities of employees and their acquired qualifications and competencies resulting in a team that is a comprehensive agile work force.
