Customer behavior isn't always what we expect. Behavioral analytics tools can help, but they might miss a bigger picture. Today, I was booking a flight to a new city. Started with my usual airline, but the options weren't great. Checked other airlines from my airport, found better choices. Loyalty shaken! Situations shape choices and affect customer behavior over time -which may be too late to save the relationship.
