Taking time to reflect on the past year and set intentions for the new year is a valuable practice for growth and clarity. Here’s how I plan to reflect and prepare: Reflect on this past year: 1. Celebrate my wins: Regardless of how big or small, which ones am I most proud of? What brought me the most fulfillment and joy? 2. Challenges and Lessons: What were the toughest moments and how did I grow from them? 3. Gratitude: What made my year better? I plan on reflecting on moments of connection, kindness, and resilience. 4. Self-awareness: What habits, beliefs, or patterns served me best and which ones didn’t. Prepare for the New Year: 1. Set my intentions: Instead of rigid resolutions I plan on asking myself, “who do I want to become?” and “how do I want to feel?”. I plan on picking a theme for this New Year and that’s going to be “Growth”. 2. Define my priorities: What is it that matters to me most in this next chapter? 3. Create Actionable Goals: I plan on breaking my big aspirations into small and achievable steps. 4. Self-care and mindfulness: I plan on prioritizing rest and time for reflection throughout the year. I hope this helps you (the reader) with reflection and and re-focusing. Happy Holidays!

The holidays don’t have to be a whirlwind of chaos. Here’s what I’m doing to keep things simple and joyful this year👇 1️⃣ Focus on what matters most – Time with family > perfection. 2️⃣ Say “no” more often – You don’t need to attend every party or event. 3️⃣ Keep gifts simple – Thoughtful over expensive every time. 4️⃣ Take care of yourself – A short walk or even 5 quiet minutes can help. 5️⃣ Enjoy the little moments – Laughter, hugs, and holiday movies are what truly count. Let’s make this season about joy, not stress. What’s one thing you’re doing to stress less this year?

Awareness is the basis for all that becomes possible in our life. Once you’re aware of something, you can reflect on it, make meaning out of it and choose a path forward. Without awareness, it’s as if we’re walking blindly through life. Raise your level of awareness by signing up for the Intentional 2025 Workshop here! - https://lnkd.in/gG4DJPuK I love December. Besides the holiday cheer, it’s a time of deep reflection for me and my family. It’s a time to really SLOW DOWN and connect with the slower rhythms in life (changing colors of nature, beautiful sunsets, long walks), make time to REFLECT deeply and REFRESH for the year ahead. The intent is to enter January energized, in greater alignment with our mission, feeling stronger than ever to pursue the path ahead. Reflecting is not just an exercise; it's a compass guiding us toward a remarkable life. Let's create the time and space to express gratitude for what's thriving and to discern the areas that demand more of our focus. Are you ready to step into the new year feeling refreshed, aligned and ready to create your best year yet? Sign-up for the Intentional 2025 Workshop here! - https://lnkd.in/gG4DJPuK

As the year winds down and the holidays are soon to be in full swing, I’ve been reflecting on the values that keep me grounded: family, hard work, and purpose. Family is the foundation—the people who celebrate our wins, lift us in hard times, and remind us of what truly matters. Whether it’s a shared laugh around the dinner table or a quiet moment of connection, family keeps us anchored. Hard work is what fuels progress. It’s about showing up, staying committed, and giving your best, even when the path gets tough. Hard work builds character and, more importantly, opens the door to opportunities we never imagined. But hard work is only sustainable if it’s tied to something bigger: your “why.” Why do you strive? Why do you keep pushing forward? For me, finding my “why” has been the key to fulfillment—it’s the driving force that turns effort into passion and setbacks into lessons. As we celebrate the upcoming season, let’s take time to appreciate our families, honor our efforts, and reconnect with the purpose behind what we do. It’s a powerful reminder that the work we do today shapes the future we envision tomorrow. Wishing you all a joyful, meaningful holiday season filled with love, gratitude, and purpose. Here’s to a new year of growth and discovery!

“Christmas is a season not only of rejoicing but of reflection.” – Winston Churchill As we gather with loved ones, sip hot cocoa, and watch twinkling lights fill our homes, there’s a certain peacefulness in the air. It’s a gentle reminder to slow down, celebrate the year gone by, and also look inward. Lately, I’ve been returning to Simon Sinek’s idea of “Start with Why.” With 2024 winding down, I find myself asking: What’s my deeper reason? Why do I do what I do? It’s something I’m reflecting on as I consider my goals for 2025. When I tap into my “Why,” the rest of the puzzle seems to click into place—there’s more energy, more clarity, and even more joy in the everyday hustle. The tasks on my to-do list don’t just feel like boxes to tick; they become steps toward something truly meaningful. If you’re like me—taking this season to pause and plan your next move—remember that purpose is the compass that keeps us on course. So pour another cup of eggnog (or coffee), embrace the warmth of the holidays, and give yourself the gift of reflection. Let’s head into the new year with a renewed sense of intention, both personally and professionally. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a purposeful start to 2025!

The holidays are here—a time for joy, celebration, and family. But let’s be honest… many of us already have 2025 on our minds. Planning, setting goals, and gearing up for the new year is important. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀. But here’s my advice: Don’t let the drive to “get ready” take away from the magic of this season. ... Pause. ... Be present. ... Celebrate your wins, big or small. ... Spend time with loved ones and recharge. Because a well-prepared heart and mind start with balance. This holiday season, focus on two things: Celebrate today. Prepare for tomorrow. 2025 will be ready when you are.

Where Has the Year Gone? Is it just me, or did 2024 feel like it went by in the blink of an eye? As the years roll on, it seems like time moves faster and faster—a reminder of how important it is to cherish the moments along the way. In the hustle of life, it’s easy to get caught up in the next deadline, the next project, or the next goal. But those little moments—the laughter shared, the connections made, and the memories created—are what truly matter. As we reflect on another fast-paced year, let this be a reminder to slow down when we can and soak in the moments that matter most. Here’s to creating more extraordinary memories in the year ahead!

🌟 **Happy New Year to All!** 🌟 As we step into this fresh year, it's natural to have desires, aspirations, and expectations. To truly make the most of the year ahead, here are a few simple yet powerful steps to align your space and energy: 1️⃣ **Remove Old Calendars, Diaries, and Organizers** Start by discarding outdated items from last year. Let go of the past and welcome the new. 2️⃣ **Replace Items on Time** Ensure you have fresh and updated tools to organize your plans and goals. 3️⃣ **Unused Books and Literature** If you have books or materials untouched for years, it’s time to either: - Destroy them, - Start using them, or - At the very least, reshuffle their place. 4️⃣ **Declutter Regularly** Make it a habit to declutter your home and workspace every month. Clearing out unnecessary items not only creates physical space but also refreshes the energy around you. Let’s make this year a balanced, peaceful, and productive one!
