Day 123 - When we left I was leaving my #VP role at my #formeremployer (who cannot be named due to a #ceaseanddesist - see the earlier post). I had been denied my #bonus on a technicality, after spending 3 months working under the stress of knowing I was going to have to leave and while searching for a new #job. I had no idea what I would do next but if I had I would have skipped it. Long story of #applications and #interviews short I found a role with a company called DeepIntent as their #VP of #Adops. I would begin the role at the start of January 2020 and for anyone who was not living on another planet for the last 5 years knows all of our lives were about to change significantly. I began my role in the office on 42nd street in #NYC #NewYork with a small team of #AccountManagers and #AdvertisingOperations #CampaignManagers and was excited to work on this #product. It was a #DSP for #Healthcare. The #founder professed his #goal was to improve #medicine through the use of #technology. This would be done by helping #Doctors find the right #treatments for #patients through #data. The next step would be #staffingup but that story is for tomorrow.
