This month marks Salesforce’s birthday – a moment to celebrate not just what we have achieved in this time, but how we’ve done it. For 25 years our values — trust, customer success, innovation, equality, and sustainability — have guided every company decision and our mission to help companies connect with their customers in a whole new way. From the outset, Salesforce offered a different approach to other tech companies of the time. Our leaders knew that if they could win trust by overcoming security, privacy and reliability concerns of cloud computing, they would pioneer a new industry model. Read more on that journey here: https://lnkd.in/e2GVH-WK Our culture of giving back has also been a huge part of how we’ve done business. Through our 1-1-1 philanthropy model — we pledge 1% of our equity, 1% of time and 1% of product to giving back. It’s inspiring to see the impact this has had – from providing $704 million to local non-profits and NGOs, contributing 8.7 million employee hours of volunteer work, and hosting 56,000 non-profits and educational organisations on Salesforce. We’ve also inspired more than 18,000 companies to join us through the Pledge 1% model. As part of our birthday celebrations, we will donate $500k to 25 organisations around the world, chosen by our employees. With the adoption of #AI rising, helping our customers implement trusted solutions has never been more important, and we’re proud to have launched our new Einstein Copilot – offering a safe genAI companion for boosting productivity– just last week. I’m excited to see what the next 25 years have in store.
